Minimum 7 years and up to 10 years of professional experience.
• At least three years of experience in project management.
• Experience in designing and delivering training initiatives, particularly for remote
• offices, incorporating online and e-learning components.
• Knowledge and experience with GenAI tools and similar technologies in learning and development, including content creation, implementation, and evaluation of training programs, as well as online learning and e-learning.

• Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira)
• Confluence, ServiceNow) and certification in PMI, PRINCE2, or PM². Practical experience with reporting tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Tableau, or similar).
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with experience in effectively
• presenting and promoting projects, combined with sound judgement.
• Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Team player, strong self-management, organisational, and prioritization skills.
• Resilience and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment under tight
deadlines.
